SIGLENT Technologies has introduced the SDS6000L series, their first 8-channel low-profile oscilloscope. The SDS6000L series offers outstanding performance and value, available in 4 or 8-channel models with bandwidths of 500 MHz, 1 GHz, and 2 GHz, and a high sampling rate of up to 10GSa/s. With storage up to 500 Mpts/ch, users can capture elusive signals at high sample rates and quickly zoom in on areas of interest. The series incorporates SIGLENT’s innovative SPO technology, achieving a waveform capture rate of up to 750,000 wfm/s in Sequence mode, making it easy to capture low-probability abnormal events.
The SDS6000L series features a compact design, with the 4-channel model being only 43mm thick and occupying just 1U of rack space, compared to the traditional 7U of typical oscilloscopes. This slim design offers significant space savings and is ideal for embedded system measurements and automated test workflows.
Supporting up to 8 analog channels, the SDS6000L series addresses a wide range of applications. Digital designers benefit from the ability to view more than four channels simultaneously, enabling them to correlate causal effects, such as bus contention, clocks, data, address buses, frequency domain, and power distribution networks. This functionality overcomes common limitations found in many current workbenches.
